제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 JJSIM(이하 "회사")이 제공하는 MarZlog 서비스(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건과 회사·이용자 간의 권리·의무를 규정합니다.
제2조 (서비스 내용)
회사는 다음 서비스를 제공합니다:
- 사진 저장 및 관리
- AI 기반 사진 분석(캡션, 일기 생성)
- 자연어 기반 사진 검색
- 날짜별 타임라인
※ 사진의 메타데이터(촬영일시, 위치 등)를 활용하여 서비스를 제공합니다. 메신저, SNS 등을 통해 전달받은 사진은 메타데이터가 포함되지 않을 수 있으며, 이 경우 일부 기능이 제한될 수 있습니다.
제3조 (이용 계약)
- 이용자가 약관에 동의하고 회원가입을 완료하면 계약이 체결됩니다.
- 회원가입은 만 14세 이상만 가능합니다.
- 허위 정보 기재, 타인 정보 도용 시 가입이 거부되거나 계약이 해지될 수 있습니다.
제4조 (이용자의 의무)
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다:
- 타인의 개인정보 도용
- 법령에 위반되는 행위
- 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위
- 타인의 권리를 침해하는 콘텐츠 업로드
- 음란물, 폭력적 콘텐츠 등 사회 통념상 허용되지 않는 콘텐츠 업로드
제5조 (콘텐츠 권리)
- 이용자가 업로드한 사진의 저작권은 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
- 회사는 서비스 제공(저장, AI 분석, 검색 등) 목적으로만 사진을 이용하며, 그 외 용도(마케팅, 외부 공개 등)로 사용하지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자의 사진을 자체 AI 모델 또는 외부 AI 서비스의 학습 데이터로 사용하지 않습니다.
- AI 생성 결과물(캡션, 일기 등)에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 귀속됩니다.
제6조 (AI 기능)
- AI 기능은 자동화 기술에 기반하며, 결과의 정확성을 보장하지 않습니다.
- AI 일기 생성 시 사진의 시각적 정보가 외부 AI 서비스(Google Gemini API)로 전송될 수 있습니다. 자세한 내용은 개인정보처리방침을 참조하세요.
제7조 (계정 삭제 및 재가입)
- 이용자는 앱 내(더보기 > 계정 > 계정 삭제)에서 별도의 이메일 요청 없이 직접 언제든 계정을 삭제할 수 있습니다.
- 계정 삭제 시 모든 사진, AI 분석 결과, 개인정보는 지체 없이 서버에서 영구 삭제되며 복구할 수 없습니다. 다만 재가입 제한을 위한 최소한의 식별 정보(이메일 해시) 및 법령상 보관 의무가 있는 기록은 개인정보처리방침에 명시된 기간 동안 분리 보관된 후 파기됩니다.
- 탈퇴 후 동일 이메일로의 재가입은 탈퇴일로부터 30일이 경과한 후 가능합니다. 이는 ① 무분별한 가입·탈퇴 반복을 방지하고, ② 개인정보의 안전한 파기 처리가 완료되도록 보장하기 위함입니다. 재가입 시 기존 데이터는 복구되지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 본 약관 또는 관련 법령을 위반한 경우 사전 통지 후 계약을 해지할 수 있습니다.
제8조 (면책)
- 회사는 천재지변, 정전, 통신망 장애 등 불가항력으로 인한 서비스 중단에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 AI 생성 결과물의 정확성을 보장하지 않으며, AI 결과물 활용으로 발생한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
- 회사는 이용자의 데이터(사진 등) 보호를 위해 합리적인 보안 조치를 취하지만, 회사의 고의 또는 중대한 과실이 없는 한 데이터 손실로 인한 간접·특별·결과적 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다. 이용자는 중요한 데이터에 대해 별도 백업 책임이 있습니다.
- 회사는 이용자가 서비스를 통해 알게 된 정보로부터 얻은 결과 또는 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
제9조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관은 대한민국 법을 따르며, 분쟁 발생 시 「민사소송법」상의 관할 법원을 제1심 관할로 합니다.
제10조 (약관 변경)
약관 변경 시 변경 사항의 시행일로부터 최소 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전) 앱 내 공지합니다. 변경에 동의하지 않는 경우 이용자는 회원 탈퇴를 통해 서비스 이용을 중단할 수 있으며, 시행일 이후에도 서비스를 계속 이용할 경우 변경 사항에 동의한 것으로 간주됩니다.

Article 1. Purpose
These Terms set forth the conditions for using the MarZlog service ("Service") provided by JJSIM ("Company") and the rights and obligations between the Company and users.
Article 2. Service Description
The Company provides:
- Photo storage and management
- AI-powered photo analysis (captioning, diary generation)
- Natural language photo search
- Chronological timeline
※ The Service utilizes photo metadata (date, location, etc.) to provide features. Photos received through messengers, social media, or other apps may not contain metadata, in which case some features may be limited.
Article 3. Service Agreement
- An agreement is formed when a user agrees to these Terms and completes registration.
- Registration is restricted to users aged 14 and over.
- Registration may be denied or the agreement may be terminated if false information is provided or another person's identity is used.
Article 4. User Obligations
Users must not:
- Misuse others' personal information
- Violate applicable laws
- Interfere with service operations
- Upload content that infringes on third-party rights
- Upload obscene or violent content, or other content not generally accepted by society
Article 5. Content Rights
- Copyright in uploaded photos belongs to the user.
- The Company uses photos solely for providing the Service (storage, AI analysis, search, etc.) and does not use them for other purposes (marketing, external disclosure, etc.).
- The Company does not use users' photos as training data for its own AI models or for external AI services.
- Rights to AI-generated content (captions, diaries, etc.) belong to the user.
Article 6. AI Features
- AI features are based on automated technology and accuracy is not guaranteed.
- For AI diary generation, visual information from photos may be transmitted to external AI services (Google Gemini API). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Article 7. Account Deletion and Re-registration
- Users may delete their account directly within the app (More > Account > Delete Account) at any time, without any separate email request.
- Upon account deletion, all photos, AI results, and personal information are permanently erased from our servers without undue delay and cannot be recovered. However, minimal identifying information required to enforce the re-registration restriction (an email hash) and records that must be retained by law are kept separately for the periods specified in the Privacy Policy before being destroyed.
- Re-registration with the same email becomes available 30 days after the date of withdrawal. This is to (i) prevent repeated sign-up/withdrawal abuse and (ii) ensure that the secure deletion of personal information has been completed. Previous data will not be restored upon re-registration.
- The Company may terminate the agreement after prior notice if the user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Article 8. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for service disruptions due to force majeure such as natural disasters, power outages, or network failures.
- The Company does not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content and is not liable for damages arising from the use of such content.
- The Company takes reasonable security measures to protect user data (photos, etc.) but, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence, is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages from data loss. Users are responsible for backing up important data separately.
- The Company is not liable for results or damages arising from information obtained through the Service.
Article 9. Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be subject to the court of jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act as the court of first instance.
Article 10. Amendments
Changes to these Terms will be announced in-app at least 7 days before the effective date (30 days for changes unfavorable to users). If you do not agree to the changes, you may delete your account. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the changes.
